Shipping and Handling

All goods are carefully packed. Should the goods be damaged upon delivery, please contact us so that we may arrange replacement stock.

Please be sure to address you parcel carefully as Westbrook accepts no responsibility for incorrectly addressed parcels that are subsequently lost due to being delivered to the incorrect address.

If you have ordered wine then someone 18+ must be home to receive the wine. If you tick that you will not be home to receive the wine then your wine will be delivered as per your instructions and Westbrook will not be liable for any lost or stolen goods that are shown to have been delivered by the courier tracking.

Shipping prices apply to mainland NZ only – we ship internationally by arrangement, please contact info@westbrook.co.nz to make an enquiry.

Delivery

Please allow 1-4 days for delivery. All orders are tracked and an email will be sent to you when your order is shipped with the tracking numbers.

Product Availability

All products are sold subject to their availability. Promotional items may be limited. We will do our best to keep stock as up to date as possible but will not be responsible for our inability to supply products if they have sold out.
